Nutrition Coaching for Women with ADHD
For women with ADHD who are done feeling disconnected from themselves and ready to feel confident, capable, and in control of their lives.
The Mission
Together, we’ll figure out what keeps getting in your way. Why you keep falling into the same patterns, what makes certain behaviours so hard to change, and what you need to do differently this time.
Then we build from there. Habits that make sense for your life, a better understanding of yourself, and the confidence that comes from knowing you can trust yourself to follow through.
WHY BEHAVIOUR SCIENCE?
One of the biggest mistakes we make is judging our behaviour before we understand it.
Every behaviour is giving you something.
The question is, what?
Comfort?
Relief?
Protection?
Certainty?
Once you understand what the behaviour is giving you, you have somewhere to go. You know what you’re trying to replace, what need you’re trying to meet, and what needs to change moving forward.
The Framework
Learn Your Body
Learn the fundamentals of nutrition, understand your body’s signals, and build routines around foods you actually enjoy.
Learn Your Patterns
Understand the beliefs, thoughts, and patterns driving your behaviour, and learn what keeps pulling you back into the same cycles.
Lead Your Self
Build the self-trust to make decisions, follow through on them, and course-correct without starting over.
This is just the beginning. You already know you want something to change. This is where you start.
Hi! I'm,
Mind Rooted Strength is the program I wish existed years ago.
A place where nutrition, behaviour science, and ADHD all belonged in the same conversation.
I spent years learning about nutrition.
The biggest transformation came when I realized the hardest work had very little to do with food.
It was learning how to lead myself through discomfort.
The foundations of nutrition gave me the knowledge.
Learning to emotionally regulate gave me the ability to follow through.
Rebuilding my self-trust changed everything.
Mind Rooted Strength is everything I needed when I was trying to figure it out on my own, now its yours.
if something in you just said yes reading this, that's the sign. Let's talk.
